STORYTELLING SERIES  ||  CHARITABLE IMPACT

Donor-advised funds (DAFs) can be a tough sell. Try explaining them at a party and watch everyone suddenly need to refill their drink. No doubt, DAFs offer a host of benefits—tax advantages, strategic giving, other phrases that make people slowly edge toward the door—but those benefits are worthless if the audience isn't inclined to give in the first place.

I spearheaded this storytelling series—brainstorming initial concepts, conducting interviews, writing articles, and eventually collaborating with a videographer—to focus on the human connections that drive generosity. Through candid interviews and personal stories, Why We Give created an emotional connection that resonated with audiences and built brand trust.
